Pneumatic Double Acting Actuator
Pneumatic double acting actuators use 4-way solenoid valves to switch actuator position. Lowest cost solution when a fail-safe position is not required.
Pneumatic Spring Return Actuator
Pneumatic spring return actuators use 3-way solenoid valves to switch actuator position. The actuator springs provide an inherent fail-safe (open or closed) position.
Motorized Electric Actuator
Electric actuators require switching contacts to change actuator position. Motors inherently remain in last position upon loss of power.
